With over 25 years as a nurse and nurse practitioner, Kathy takes a patient-first approach focused on open communication, preventive care, and customized treatment plans. Staying current on medical advances, Kathy provides innovative acute and lifelong wellness care. She offers compassionate lifestyle coaching so patients can reach their wellness goals and live their best lives. Kathy’s whole-person care has transformed patients’ health throughout her distinguished career.

Lynn Kocian

Lynn Kocian, PA-C, combines over 25 years of experience with a whole person approach to care. After serving in the Air Force, she became a Physician Assistant driven by a passion for integrative medicine. Lynn develops personalized care plans that address root causes and restore balance through both conventional and complementary techniques. Her compassionate, attentive approach helps patients overcome illness and maximize lifelong vitality.

Amanda Rauh

Amanda Rauh, DNP, APRN is a board-certified nurse practitioner who combines conventional and functional medicine approaches to deliver comprehensive patient care. With a background in exercise science and critical care nursing, Amanda brings extensive expertise in managing various health conditions. As a provider at Gretna Family Health, she specializes in holistic care for patients aged 12 and older. Her patient-centered approach emphasizes active listening and creating a welcoming environment for all patients.

Bill Weeks

Dr. Bill Weeks is a Family Physician with a particular interest in Sports Medicine. With over 40 years of experience, he remains passionate about the ever-evolving field of medicine and enjoys staying up to date with new developments.

From an early age, Dr. Weeks knew he wanted to be a doctor, inspired by his father, who was also a family physician. He is the Founder of Gretna Family Health and practices medicine at think, where he is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

In his spare time, Dr. Weeks enjoys cycling, boating, water sports, and working on his acreage, where he tends to his animals. He hopes to one day go scuba diving in Madagascar and take a Mediterranean cruise.
